A vignette from my personal travel diaries - Santorini, Greece. Our honeymoon took us to 5 different European countries and 10 cities. Oia was one of our favourite places - stunning, romantic, and magical - exactly what we’d imagined it to be.
Three favourite spots:
Atlantis Books - located on the main marble street of Oia, magical little place with the sweetest, book-loving staff. There’s also a cute terrace upstairs with an amazing view! Grab their guide map - it’ll provide you with some great locally loved spots.
Amoudi Bay - walk down in your bathing suits, jump into the water for a refreshing dip, and then make your way over to the restaurants for some fresh seafood!
Domaine Sigalas - winery and restaurant with amazing wine and food. Enough said!
Small business branding lifestyle shoot in Los Angeles, California for a Toronto-based dietitian. We captured the essence of her brand by incorporating fresh elements like an acai bowl and a citrus tree.
Originally both from the East Coast of Canada, Samantha and Michael met in Calgary. They really wanted to do a mountain engagement session so we documented their engagement session at a beautiful lake surrounded by mountains in Kananaskis last year. They chose to get married in beautiful Prince Edward Island where Sam’s parents live. Kensington, PEI was the perfect setting for their thoughtful, intimate wedding - seriously, S did not skip a beat thinking of every single detail! (Plus did I mention their cocktail hour had lobster rolls and freshly shucked oysters?!) Prince Edward Island is incredibly stunning and I’m honoured to have been chosen to capture their destination wedding. These two are such a sweet couple and their chemistry is unstoppable - wishing them and their two fur babies all the best in their new adventure as husband and wife!

Had such a lovely family session with the Kim Family at Confederation Park yesterday! It was a perfectly warm but breezy Saturday afternoon. How chic is this family? Not to mention, Joseph and Josephine, the coolest siblings with matching names. Booking family summer sessions, inquire before the summer disappears in Calgary!

Samantha and Michael are dog people through and through and so naturally we had to include their two furbabies for their engagement shoot! These two are both crazy adventurous and beautifully sophisticated all at once and we made to capture that in our shoot! They wanted a mountain backdrop and a place where the dogs could run around so I scouted for the perfect backdrop. I had a specific vision in mind and started driving and magically ended up at Barrier Lake in Kananaskis! The weather was lovely and the couple even lovelier. Their wedding is in Prince Edward Island in June and I couldn't be more excited to capture more of their darling love story!
Justine and Long are high school sweethearts. When Justine and I first met, we bonded over the love of blush and greenery, whites and greens, and the fact that we have a dog with the same name! In less than four months, they will be having a destination wedding in sunny Cancun! Mexico is the perfect place for these two to tie the knot..they're sweet, friendly, easy going, and love all things sand and sun! I scouted high and low to find the perfect engagement spot for these two who prefer the beach over the mountains (not the easiest feat in Southern Alberta). I call it the 'finding Southern California in Alberta project' and I would say we hit the jackpot when we decided on Waterton Parks. It was so fulfilling making their visions come to life and I absolutely cannot wait for their special day!
Nicole and Enea are as sweet as can be. Their proposal story is one of those ones you would swear came straight out of a romantic movie and their engagement was no different! Enea actually proposed to Nicole at Lake Minnewanka during a meteor shoot. See, he had been waiting to ask the question for months but the stars were not aligning (literally). He knew a meteor shower was happening pretty soon and although he had an exam early the next morning and it was in the dead middle of winter he knew he couldn't wait any longer! So they parked out by Lake Minnewanka to wait for the shower and at 2AM the stars finally aligned and she said yes!
This is the story of a city girl who married a country boy. Meet Breanne and Blaine Cash. Their beautiful intimate wedding was set on his family farm blending her city elegance with his country charm. Their wedding was carefully crafted with the help of their friends and family and it couldn't have been more perfect! The forecast for the day was originally rain but their prayers were answered because there was nothing but sunshine and the perfect layer of soft cloud!. These two have so much love for each other and both heaven and earth worked together to help them celebrate their special day!Read More
A little peak into Chris & Seraph's beautiful Hacienda Sarria wedding. This wedding was extra special because Chris is my cousin. Welcome to the family Seraph!
A BC city girl met an Albertan country boy and they fell in love. Meet Breanne and Blaine! I loved spending time with these two on Blaine's family farm where Breanne told me stories upon stories of learning about the farm life. B and B are so sweet; their genuine love for each other and the excitement towards their new life together is so contagious! We had planned to visit another place that is near and dear to their hearts, but mother nature had different plans! We braved gusting winds and just went with the flow..and that right there is the farm life! If you can't fight it, embrace it. These two radiate pure love and I absolutely can't wait to capture their August wedding on the Cash Family Farm :)
